The "Centre International d'Etude des Langues" specialise in the teaching of French as a foreign language. Established in 1987, CIEL Bretagne is an institution belonging to the Brest Chamber of Commerce.
The school is housed in a superb 19th century manor house situated in grounds of two hectares in the heart of Brest bay.
